A General member of NAPIPA must be a current prosecutor.
General members shall be entitled to vote and may hold elected office in NAPIPA.
Dues are $30 annualy.
An Associate member of NAPIPA is not a current prosecutor.
An associate member must be in good standing with the bar, a law enforcement officer, or a current law student.
Associate members may not vote or hold elected office in NAPIPA.
Dues are $15 annually.

*Individuals may be Associate Members if their duties, responsibilities, or beliefs are consistent to the Mission Statement and Goals of NAPIPA. Anyone who is personally engaged in any criminal defense practice or has duties, responsibilities or beliefs that are in conflict with the Mission Statement or Goals of NAPIPA may not be a member of the Association.
